Richard McKinley After years of working in Watercolor, Oil and Pastel, Richard now finds himself working "en plein air," on location, bringing all his years of technical training to the job of learning to see. "We must learn the way of the paint, and then apply to it the lifelong job of learning to see without prejudice." Richard McKinley has been a working professional artist for over 30 years, and has over 25 years of teaching experience.
